2.Real Estate Administrative assistant

Real Estate Property Management company seeking administrative assistant to handle our administrative duties. Training will be provided.


Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for emails, filing, copying, editing paperwork and setting up conference calls.
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals.
  • Communication and appointments schedule with sales representatives and marketing.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, address complaints, forward calls to appropriate departments.
  • Record payroll data and bank reconciliations.
  • Efficient and effective email communication and data entry.
  • Perform all other office tasks as necessary.



  • Well-Organised, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication and Writing Skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
