Real Estate Property Management company seeking administrative assistant to handle our administrative duties. Training will be provided.
- Responsible for emails, filing, copying, editing paperwork and setting up conference calls.
- Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals.
- Communication and appointments schedule with sales representatives and marketing.
- Answer inbound telephone calls, address complaints, forward calls to appropriate departments.
- Record payroll data and bank reconciliations.
- Efficient and effective email communication and data entry.
- Perform all other office tasks as necessary.
- Well-Organised, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
- Excellent Verbal Communication and Writing Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
