VP, Quality Assurance

Full Time IQVIA posted 5 months ago

Job Description

IQVIA™ is the leading human data science company focused on helping healthcare clients find unparalleled insights and better solutions for patients. Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness the power of healthcare data, domain expertise, transformative technology, and advanced analytics to drive healthcare forward.

The global Head of Technology Solutions, Analytics and Data (TSAD) Quality Assurance (QA) will integrate the QA organizations of innovative technology business lines to support and ensure continuous quality improvement, especially with technology businesses that provide services or technology deployments at biopharma, healthcare organizations and clinical research organizations, including those external to IQVIA. This will require optimization and identification of synergies across multiple business lines with an emphasis on strategic alignment of QA with diverse technology development functions. Given that some of these technology solutions utilize regulated deidentified medical data or data derived from clinical research, there is a need to incorporate Compliance and GxP perspectives as part of this QA role.
The role must foster a culture of continuous learning and development that is data-driven, solution-oriented, proactive, and accountable. Implement continuous process improvement regarding impact of interventions and efficiency by utilizing data, analytics, automation and global resource allocation. Develop strategies to collaborate proactively, and in response to inspection issues, with national regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, PMDA etc.) as well as healthcare clients (biopharma, med-tech, healthcare provider organizations).
