Job Description

Real Estate Management and Software Company seeking hardworking social media marketing specialist.  Commissions up to $10K per deal.

Job responsibilities:

1.  Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing and social media posts to build our brand.

2.  Post ads and handle advertising of properties online.

3.  Create and implement marketing campaigns.

4.  Administrative duties such as general office duties, answering phones call and responding to emails and leads.

5.  Prepare marketing strategies for new listings.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google platform, social media and customer relationship management software.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills; strong attention to details.

Working hours will be 8am – 5pm 5 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Additional Compensation:

  • Salary Plus High Commissions
